Join us for a fun and friendly talk and cooking classes at Redcliffe Nursery School, Bristol in February and March 2025.
Batch Cook Club and Redcliffe Nursery School are inviting parents into the nursery kitchen to:
learn new skills
find out about family nutrition
meet other parents and
take food home to feed the family.

Free talk on Wednesday 12th February, 1.30-2.45pm. Lunch included.
Come along to a free lunch and learn to hear from Seema Vekaria, Nutritional Therapist and co-founder of Batch Cook Club, to discover ways to support your picky eater and make mealtimes more enjoyable. Seema will also explore easy and effective tips to reduce sugar for the entire family. Sign-up online or at Redcliffe Nursery School reception.
Workshop menus
Week 1
Wednesday 5 March, 12.30-2.45pm
Learn to make a mild and creamy chickpea, lentil and spinach curry, served with mixed grains and sprouted mung beans (kids love these crunchy sprouts!)..
Week 2
Wednesday 12 March, 12.30-2.45pm
Transform left-over bread into golden breadcrumbs to make our delicious nuggets (chicken or halloumi). And learn how simple it is to make flatbreads from scratch. Perfect to try with the kids at home.
Week 3
Week 3: Wednesday 26 March, 12.30-2.45pm
We’ll show you how quick it is to make your own pesto, and a healthier version of all the kids favourite - mac and cheese. Also learn how to make a delicious and refined-sugar free snack - our chocolate and sesame brittle. You won’t want to share!
