Join our fun and friendly Batch & Supper session to make:
Vegan rice paper dumplings - using tofu, fresh veg and Asian flavours, learn how to make and take home 8 portions
Peanut noodle sauce - make and take home 2 jars
You’ll be welcomed with a tea or coffee and something tasty to energise you before we start cooking
We’ll also enjoy a group supper, sampling the food we’ve made and an opportunity to get to know other people in the group!

What to bring: Dishes or Tupperware (with lids) or food bags to store and freeze your food at home. And a bag to transport your cooking home! We recommend the following depending on the size of your household / freezer space:
Dumplings:
We will be wrapping these individually, so they can be stored in one large tupperware or bagged up as required.
Noodle sauces:
We will be making 8 portions of each sauce, which can be divided up between freezer bags or jars to suit your requirements
One portion is approx 125ml
Dietary requirements / intolerances: We will be cooking a vegetarian, vegan friendly menu for this session. Please get in touch with us if you have any special requirements or questions.
Please arrive promptly. Aprons will be provided for use during the session.

There is free parking and a bike shed available onsite (ask at reception for shed key).
